Media Release

I hereby grant the Ismaili Professionals Network (“IPN”) and its affiliated entities, including the Aga Khan Economic Planning Board (“EPB”) and the Shia Imami Ismaili Council for USA (collectively, “the Council”), permission to use my likeness in photographs, video recordings, or other digital media (“media”) captured in connection with the Unmatched event (“Event”).

I understand that as part of my participation in the Event, media may be used for purposes including, but not limited to, event documentation, promotional materials, IPN communications, social media, and future program marketing. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Council to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute such media in perpetuity for any purpose related to IPN programming and event promotion.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product in which my likeness appears. I understand and agree that I am not entitled to any compensation, monetary or otherwise, arising from or related to the Council’s use of my likeness or any media in which I appear.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the Council, its members, officers, representatives, employees, and volunteers from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have related to the use of my likeness in the manner above.

Each party agrees that this Release may be electronically signed, and that any electronic signature appearing hereon shall have the same legal validity as a handwritten signature for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
