Yes — the weekend is designed as a full experience from Friday evening through Sunday. Every activity builds on the last, and the best connections happen when everyone is present for the full journey. We strongly encourage attending all three days.

Travel and accommodation are not included. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own flights and lodging. However, we'll share recommended hotels and group rates with approved attendees so you have plenty of options close to the action.

Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. After that, all sales are final. Because we curate the guest list and plan experiences around confirmed attendees, we're unable to accommodate late cancellations. If you decline your invitation or aren't selected, your card hold is released and you're never charged.
